I recently closed on my new home with my real estate agents Jamie Salabarria and Shelly Holladay, whom are business partners and worked in tandem during my whole process from start to finish. These ladies did an excellent job, and with them both working together were able to get things done faster and more efficiently than your normal one person agent, this really is advantageous in a-lot of situations. I appreciate their availability, and their timely responsiveness keeping me updated on every hiccup, question, and arising situation as it presented itself. I also appreciate that even after closing, they have inquired about the house and how things are coming, and have given me upon request, recommendations for surrounding businesses in Tennessee for purposes of repair, contracting, etc., for the home, being that I’m relatively new to the area in that regard. All in all, super satisfied, happy, and this is why they’ll be my agents again when I go to buy or sell in the future! Thank you again Jamie and Shelly for being good agents and good people!

Highly recommend this lady for any and all your real estate needs! She is fantastic and gets the job done. She listed our house for us and within less than a week we had 2 offers for it. Now keep in mind we live way out in the sticks so we figured it would take a while to get any takers. Jamie was great she hired a professional photographer to come out and take wonderful pics of our place that of course as we all know is the first thing a buyer sees. The photographer came out on a Saturday and by that Monday we were live! She kept us in the loop of any and all information she received. We never had to call and say have you heard anything or how is everything going like with past realtors. She made selling a home easy and painless. We did however have issues with the deed to our land that was done by a different title company (land was sold separately) and through all the pains and struggles of that she was right by our side making phone calls (even though it wasn’t her sell) to get the deed right. I can’t say enough how great she was and how she went above and beyond for us. If we had to do the land sale all over again we would use her as well. I can’t say for other realtors but this lady will literally go up and bat for you. She is worth every penny and honestly should make way more. Thanks Jamie for everything you did for us.

Let me just start by saying Jamie is beyond Rockstar status. Between her and Shelly, they both put up with my friend and I's shenanigans. They did not judge us for bringing beer to look at houses. It's a major purchase that you need a little bit of liquid courage to put in an offer.
